While possessing a number of valuable character traits, two of Susan Miku’s most prominent are that she is first and foremost, a person of high integrity; and secondly, she is a “People Person.” She genuinely enjoys people, and so, is very intentional about helping her Clients find or sell a home.
It is her desire to be helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. As such, she has worked to acquire the ABR® Designation, SRS Designation®, MRP®, and e_PRO® Certifications from The National Association of REALTORS®, REBAC (Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council), and REBI (Real Estate Business Institute). The ABR® designation is only awarded to licensed real estate professionals who complete specialized training that gives them the edge in understanding a buyer’s perspective and protecting and promoting their buyer clients interests. The Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation is the premier credential in seller representation. The designation is awarded to real estate professionals who demonstrate the knowledge and skills essential for seller advocacy.
The National Association of Realtors® awards the MRP certification to Realtors® who help military personnel, veterans and their families sell or find housing that lets them make the best use of their benefits and serves the unique needs of military life. Susan has also completed the CSP ELITE™ Agent training from CSP International Staging Training, and acquired the REMS™, Real Estate Marketing Specialist Designation.
Susan has over 30 years experience in Sales, Property Management, Customer Service Management, and Client Relations Consulting. All of these have helped shape and focus her expertise and core values in serving her Clients in Real Estate.
