About Chris F. Harwell

Chris Harwell is a Nashville native and knows the city’s real estate market like the back of his hand.
He graduated from Franklin Road Academy and holds several degrees from Belmont University,
including a mini MBA.

He became a licensed realtor in 1999 and has been a Property Acquisition and Disposition Manager
with Tarkington & Harwell (formerly the Tarkington Company) since that same year. He went on to
receive his Broker’s license in 2008 and in 2012, partnered with Ray Tarkington to form Tarkington &
Harwell Company, LLC.

When he’s not working, Chris can be found spending time with his family, cheering on all Nashville
sports teams, and having tea parties with his daughter.
