Alice Moore Weaver

Alice is the listing agent on a house I am renting. As a renter, she put the house on the market and never had a copy my contract with the property manager. When I told her she needed to give me 24 hour notice before a showing, she went ahead and put in the comments that people could come whenever they wanted with no notice. She took direction on what to do not from the person I had a contract with , but by a person that has nothing to do with my contract. She broke many rules that agents are suppose to abide by. She has had no sales in 2022. 🤔
