About Fran Patton

Before real estate, Fran excelled in both broadcasting and the newspaper business. She was awarded numerous Associated Press Awards for her talk show of 8 years, and achieved the highest Salesperson’s Award, the Director’s Circle Award, while working for Gannett News Corporation. During her years at the Tennessean newspaper in Nashville, she learned the community inside and out.

Fran works diligently to provide you not only the most excellent service, but takes care to put her customer’s needs first. One valuable skill she learned early in her talk-show career was how to listen, really listen, to what you say, what you want and what your needs are. She treats all her home buyers and sellers the same – whether TV or Recording stars, or first-time buyers looking for that perfect little house to start a family – with the respect and attention they deserve.
