About Jessi Sgarlata

After graduating from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville with a Bachelor’s degree, Jessi began her real estate career straight out of college. She then moved to Nashville to seek more real estate opportunities and obtained a Master’s degree from Belmont University. She has her CRS, GRI, ABR, ASP, CNE and e-Pro designations. She was also named VILLAGE’s youngest managing broker in 2015, running the VILLAGE office in Williamson County. Jessi is a resident of Brentwood and focuses mostly on growing families looking to upsize, empty nesters looking to downsize and first-time buyers. She enjoys the satisfaction of working as a buyer’s agent and the challenges that selling a home brings. Jessi spends most of her time working in Williamson County and Nashville proper but can assist buyers and sellers all over the nation. When she is not working hard for her clients, Jessi enjoys dining outside, a good glass of wine and spending time with her husband, Mike, and their three children. The phrase “Selling to Give Back” was coined because of Jessi’s belief in giving back to the community in which shapes us. After each transaction, Jessi makes a charitable donation in her client’s name to the organization of their choice. She is also the founder of the Brentwood nonprofit, Community Kids. Jessi is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Tennessee Association of Realtors, the Williamson County Association of Realtors and the Greater Nashville Realtors.
